My Account

MY ORDER HISTORY

  • When you login to your Punchdrunk Panda (PdP) user account and place an order, your order history is saved in your account. To access your order history, login to your PdP account and click on the 'Account' link on top right-hand side of the home page. Just click on the Order number for order details.

NEW CUSTOMER

  • We set up the website to minimize the number of clicks that you have to make to complete an order. We understand that it's frustrating for some to be told "create an account to proceed with your order" so if you're a new customer, just go with the checkout process. Once you've successfully placed your order, you'll be given an option to create an account or not. Regardless of your choice, you can still enjoy shopping in our site. 
  • Did you know that as a new customer, you automatically get 10% off on your first order? Just enter coupon code NEWPDP10 upon checkout. :)

FORGOT PASSWORD

  • When you login, select "forgot my password". Once you enter your email address, your password will be sent to you in a flash.
